Module 13: Capstone

Task: Given a raw, messy, unedited discovery-call transcript involving multiple stakeholders, produce a finished requirements document. Deliverable structure:

  1. Every statement tagged by altitude, source, and standing
  2. Any genuine stakeholder conflicts identified and routed to the correct escalation contact — not smoothed into a vague compromise
  3. A finished requirements document per Module 10’s structure, with status flags on every topic
  4. A vertical-traceability pass (Module 6) on at least one topic: does the confirmed L2 actually achieve the L0 it’s attached to? If not, the observation and how it would be raised with the client
  5. A short section addressing how at least one topic in the transcript would need to be re-checked if a related statement surfaced later during delivery (applying Module 12)
